Production Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Christiansburg, Virginia, United States

Salary: $16.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete basic assembly operations using manufacturing documentation.
• Perform electrical testing with automated test equipment.
• Solder, read blueprints, and use microscopes during production work.
• Store, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals while checking calibration dates and seals.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly for each part.
• Perform minor rework according to standard procedures, quality history tag instructions, and rework routers.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer-based work instructions or training in English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or demonstrated equivalent ability.
• Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Quality-conscious approach, mechanical aptitude, and good manual dexterity.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
