Senior Consultant (Healthcare Contracting)

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel is required to meet client needs and timelines.

Estimated hiring range: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop communication strategies for contracting recommendations, successes, and challenges in Diagnostic & Imaging and Medical Capital Equipment.
• Analyze client spend data to prioritize high-impact contracts and identify savings opportunities.
• Present strategic implementation plans and drive prioritized initiatives that improve financial performance and cash on hand.
• Lead contract development and negotiations with legal, contract managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee RFP and procurement activities, including bid management, contract language, compliance, and use of the Apttus platform.
• Monitor pricing and compliance while identifying growth opportunities for complex member accounts.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in capital equipment contracting, contract management, or supply chain.
• Strong project management and strategic partnering skills.
• Relevant degree preferred; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong healthcare contracting experience and successful contract negotiations are highly preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year.
