What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global financial solutions to improve financial wellbeing, generate revenue, and build loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Use ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain customer relationships.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options and leverage banking technology, tools, and resources.
• Manage customer problems, branch operations, and operational risk in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered instead.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
