What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop relationships through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and structured sales processes.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a relevant military administration role.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
