Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS (Banking)

What you will do

• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers and resolve customer issues.
• Identify consumer and business financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Grow customer relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily activity.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and related technology.
