What you will do

• Build, manage, and retain client relationships through outreach, needs assessments, and consultative sales conversations.
• Advise clients on financial products, services, self-service tools, mobile and online banking, ATMs, and emerging technologies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine financial center transactions accurately.
• Manage lobby activity, greet and direct clients, monitor risk, and maintain a positive client experience.
• Refer clients to mortgage, business banking, and investment partners while developing a sales pipeline for branch growth.
• Support compliance, security, community outreach, and business development activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least one year of sales, client service, or retail experience required; prior banking experience is preferred.
• Ability to build and expand client relationships and navigate multiple banking systems and digital tools.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 is required; employment depends on successful registration and a background check.
• Ability to work financial center hours, including weekends and evenings, travel as required, work under stress, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry approximately 50 pounds when required to perform essential job functions, subject to accommodation requirements.
