WPS Project Manager (Workplace Solutions)

What you will do

• Lead workplace and property projects, including office fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments, moves, changes and space reconfigurations.
• Manage projects from initiation and planning through implementation, operational handover and close-out.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, governance documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate Workplace Solutions colleagues, business stakeholders, suppliers, contractors and specialist advisers.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, change controls, expenditure and supplier performance.
• Support business readiness, operational transition, colleague adoption and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Experience delivering workplace, facilities, property or corporate real estate projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, governance and delivery management capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, suppliers and external delivery partners.
• Commercial awareness, including budget management, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of workplace relocations, fit-outs, refurbishments, reconfigurations or workplace transformation.
• Understanding of Health & Safety, workplace compliance, change governance and organisational controls.
