Creative Project Manager (Monday.com)

What you will do

• Define programme objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and success measures in Monday.com.
• Develop and maintain the Product Critical Path, integrated programme plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate interdependent Go-To-Market projects, workstreams, and delivery teams.
• Establish governance, reporting processes, risk controls, and decision-making forums.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, blockers, risks, issues, assumptions, and changes.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, board papers, and updates for senior leadership while tracking programme benefits.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex programmes or multiple related projects in the clothing or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Monday.com for programme and project management.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including influencing senior leaders.
• Strong leadership, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working across departments, suppliers, and delivery teams in a matrix environment.
