What you will do

• Lead mid-to-low risk IT projects, managing work plans, schedules, and scope development.
• Coordinate resources, consultants, and vendors to ensure adherence to contract specifications.
• Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and the IT PMO.
• Manage project budgets (typically under $500,000) and vendor invoicing.
• Facilitate the smooth transition of completed projects to Customer Service.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary groups to resolve technical issues and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in project management or systems analysis.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Morgantown, West Virginia.
• Proficiency with project management software, specifically MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
• Proven ability to manage project risk, issue logs, and change control processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under high-stress conditions.

Nice to have

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
• One year of experience working within a hospital or hospital IT environment.
