Head of Product (AI)

Location: United States — Remote; fully remote work arrangement.

Salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Product organization, coaching Product Managers and Product Designers in discovery, prioritization, communication, and product judgment.
• Own the commercial rationale for roadmap bets, including unit economics, segmentation, pricing, packaging, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Build practical discovery and decision-making practices based on empowered teams, product trios, hypothesis development, opportunity sizing, and validation.
• Align Product, Design, and Engineering around domain modeling, architecture, quality, customer impact, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Product Design as an integrated strategic function and improve usability, accessibility, simplicity, and consistency across the platform.
• Translate company strategy into focused product bets, team missions, roadmap communication, and measurable customer, clinical, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading or coaching Product Managers.
• Strong product discovery skills and a record of improving product decision-making.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Design and Engineering in technically complex SaaS environments.
• Comfort working in an AI-first product environment while preserving human judgment, clinical responsibility, and domain expertise.
• Systems thinking, experience with complex workflows and domain models, and the ability to create clarity without excessive process.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for aligning executives, PMs, designers, engineers, marketers, and customer-facing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, education, outcomes, AI-enabled products, or mission-driven SaaS.
