Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $130,000–$175,000 annual base salary plus equity; compensation varies by candidate location.

What you will do

• Own product portfolios end-to-end, including strategy, roadmaps, execution, rollout, and adoption.
• Lead products for home pricing, build scheduling, cost and margin management, trade partner coordination, and operational decision support.
• Build trustworthy products on complex financial and operational data, including budgets, actuals, change orders, vendor pricing, and probabilistic schedules.
• Apply AI, LLMs, agents, and applied ML to predict, decide, draft, or automate workflow steps, supported by evaluation and quality frameworks.
• Define metrics, instrument products, and run experiments to improve cycle time, cost accuracy, throughput, margin, and adoption.
• Drive initiatives independently across Construction Operations, Finance, Sales, Design, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a complex technical product.
• Strong analytical rigor, including writing queries, building models, and reconciling high-stakes data.
• Experience with financial or operational data products involving cost, pricing, margin, budgeting, forecasting, supply chain, or scheduling.
• Technical fluency and ability to work alongside engineering and ML teams, understand system tradeoffs, and read evaluations.
• Experience building products from concept through launch and real-world adoption, with a metrics-driven operating style.
• Exceptional communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to drive cross-functional outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Interest in construction and the built environment; prior industry experience is not required.
