Senior Associate, Revenue Operations (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; supporting sales and channel teams across Singapore and Malaysia.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and complete CRM records and uphold data integrity standards.
• Prepare sales performance tracking and routine updates for commercial teams.
• Manage channel operations, including onboarding, profiling, contracting, partner eligibility checks, and commission calculations.
• Develop commercial policies, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and channel workflows.
• Investigate data and process discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with data analytics tools for collecting, evaluating, and presenting insights.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data integrity and operational workflows.
• Proactive ownership, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Knowledge of sales-funnel metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, revenue reporting, or channel performance management.
• Exposure to partner operations, channel programs, incentive plans, or commission calculations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization, or business intelligence tools.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, fintech, or other high-growth environments, including regional or cross-border collaboration.
