Senior Associate, Revenue Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and complete CRM records across the sales organisation.
• Track sales performance and deliver regular updates to commercial teams.
• Manage channel operations, including onboarding, partner profiling, contracting, commission calculations, and payout verification.
• Develop commercial policies, SOPs, playbooks, and channel workflows.
• Investigate data and process discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong data analytics skills for gathering, evaluating, and presenting information.
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to data integrity and operational workflows.
• Ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Knowledge of sales-funnel metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, revenue reporting, or channel performance.
• Experience with partner operations, channel programmes, incentive plans, or commission calculations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualisation, or business intelligence tools.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, fintech, or another high-growth environment.
