Senior Customer Engineer, Strategic Pursuits, APAC (Based in Singapore)

Location: Hybrid, based in Singapore. Extensive travel is required for strategic engagements and industry events. Candidates who reach the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Own technical relationships and account strategies for a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders and lead strategic discussions, workshops, briefings, and reviews.
• Design hirify.global architectures, migration plans, and phased transformation roadmaps for complex environments.
• Lead discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept planning, technical validation, and resolution of complex objections.
• Coordinate sales, product, support, services, leadership, and partner resources to drive deployment, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
• Use AI and internal tools to improve research, analysis, documentation, enablement, and reusable technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Significant customer-facing technical experience with large, complex enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Ability to build technical and executive relationships, influence decisions, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing and explaining enterprise network, application, and security architectures, including trade-offs and migration considerations.
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global products and the broader security, networking, and cloud landscape.
• Strong discovery, listening, facilitation, and presentation skills for communication with engineers and C-suite leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. Extensive travel must be acceptable.
