Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer (AI Analytics)

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based in Singapore

Compensation: OTE SGD 262K–SGD 285K plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to uncover technical use cases and demonstrate the value of the hirify.global platform.
• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and technical evaluations using customer data and environments.
• Enable prospective customers to use hirify.global successfully and transition trials into successful customer deployments.
• Coordinate with post-sales teams and partners to plan ongoing customer support.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and improve discovery, demo, and POC quality across the regional team.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide customer feedback and influence product direction.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of enterprise pre-sales experience in business intelligence or data analytics, focused on acquiring new customers.
• Required experience in B2B SaaS pre-sales, such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Deep expertise in the modern data stack, including cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and Redshift, plus transformation tools such as dbt.
• Experience leading technical discovery, product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and evaluations with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics and consultative communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
