Global Senior Manager, Learning & Development (AI)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States (hybrid)

US annual base salary: $163,000–$220,000 USD, plus potential annual performance-based incentive.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise AI enablement strategy through an AI skills framework, persona-based learning paths, and applied use-case-driven learning.
• Analyze current and future technical learning needs through skills gap assessments.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate workshops, self-directed courses, mentoring programs, peer learning forums, and onboarding programs.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training focused on technology and digital competencies.
• Align learning initiatives with business priorities, technology roadmaps, performance, and organizational culture.
• Build learning metrics and dashboards, maintain content quality and accessibility, and coach subject matter experts to become more effective trainers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Learning & Development experience, including meaningful exposure to technical or digital training.
• 2+ years managing global teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
• Experience operating strategically and hands-on, from building learning frameworks to personally designing and delivering programs.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, knowledge of modern learning technologies and instructional design methodologies, and the ability to deliver training in English.
• Background in a technology-driven environment, SaaS, IT, digital transformation, or a similar field; flexibility to accommodate global time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lessonly.
• Instructional design or learning technology certifications such as ATD, CPTD, or CIPD.
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or software development tools.
