Salary: $45,375–$75,625 annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products to improve financial wellbeing and grow customer loyalty.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options using digital tools and available resources.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Support daily branch operations and manage risk by following policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; no degree may be acceptable with a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and selling.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer-needs identification, and multitasking skills.
