Bilingual Spanish Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

Location: Elizabeth, New Jersey, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $49,500–$82,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales interactions, teller engagements, and lobby outreach.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking, retail lending, and financial management solutions.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options, digital tools, and available banking resources.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while building loyalty and share of wallet.
• Manage operational risk and support accurate, efficient completion of daily branch activities.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.
• Must work in the Elizabeth, New Jersey branch; hirify.global describes the company as in-office.
• Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience; the posting also lists no degree as required.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer needs, communications, prospecting, selling, problem solving, and retail lending.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
