Engagement Lead - Tech Delivery (AI)

Location: United States geographic pay areas; compensation is aligned to the candidate's primary U.S. work location.

Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead client discussions, workshops, hackathons, conferences, solution demos, pilots, and proof-of-value initiatives focused on MLR transformation and AI adoption.
• Advise pharmaceutical stakeholders across Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial functions, including C-level and senior audiences.
• Define end-to-end MLR transformation roadmaps, assess current-state capabilities, and identify people, process, and technology gaps.
• Design future-state operating models covering pre-MLR automation, risk-based review, modular content reuse, and global-to-local adaptation.
• Translate AI, RAG, agentic AI, and content intelligence concepts into business-relevant solutions and align them with engineering and product teams.
• Support proposals, pitch decks, value propositions, market positioning, and growth opportunities for AI-enabled MLR services.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in MLR, regulatory review workflows, agency work, or the pharmaceutical content lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of global and local MLR models, promotional review processes, and collaboration across Medical, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders.
• Experience leading client-facing consulting engagements, discussions, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Conceptual and applied understanding of AI/GenAI, RAG-based systems, knowledge-driven AI, agentic AI, workflow automation, document processing, and content intelligence.
• Ability to participate in solution architecture, technical feasibility, and implementation trade-off discussions with engineering teams; this is not a hands-on coding role.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, executive presence, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLR platforms such as Veeva PromoMats or Aprimo.
• Experience with modular content strategies, AI-driven content or review automation, and digital transformation consulting.
• Experience speaking at industry events or conferences.
