AI Delivery Lead - Copilot & Agentic AI Solutions

Salary: $125,786–$140,296 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Architect RAG solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, enterprise repositories, and custom connectors.
• Develop reusable prompt frameworks, templates, and deployment best practices.
• Define MCP and enterprise connector integration strategies and implement Power Automate workflows for agent orchestration.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance, UAT, SME validation, and adoption in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong Power Automate expertise covering workflow automation, approvals, exception handling, and process orchestration.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures, reusable prompt engineering frameworks, MCP strategies, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of governance, Entra ID, security controls, access management, and compliance.
• Experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation programs in large enterprise environments, with strong stakeholder and delivery leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, wealth management, capital markets, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with COO, PMO, operational excellence, or enterprise transformation functions.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or related technologies.
• Experience with vendor-led or managed services delivery models and Microsoft Graph APIs.
