Location: Onsite at a client site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; posting location: Norman, Oklahoma

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

  • Manage inventory levels, approved supply availability, cycle counts, lead times, and service levels for assigned clients.
  • Develop and implement inventory processes and optimize nursing, procedural, and specialty inventory levels.
  • Review non-stock purchases and identify opportunities to add items to inventory or clinical par locations.
  • Resolve purchase order discrepancies and support product expiration and recall processes.
  • Analyze demand patterns, consumption trends, slow-moving stock, excess inventory, and obsolete inventory to recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders, suppliers, distribution partners, and the CQVA team on inventory changes, operational meetings, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management, materials management, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in a high-volume, service-critical healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, replenishment, stockout management, inventory adjustments, product expirations, and recalls.
  • Proficiency with inventory, materials management, ERP, or warehouse management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, client-service, and process-improvement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, healthcare administration, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
