Inventory Control Specialist (Data Center)

Location: Ellendale, North Dakota, United States; 100% onsite at a data center. Travel to other data center locations may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 gross annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Track servers, networking equipment, hardware, and other materials across the data center region.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of IT materials.
• Conduct inventory audits, update records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Allocate hardware and resources with Operations to ensure availability and efficient utilization.
• Maintain documentation and reports for inventory, shipments, and audits.
• Work with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance while using inventory management software.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a data center environment and move or lift heavy objects.
• Must have U.S. work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.
