Location: Onsite in Framingham, Massachusetts; New Kensington, Pennsylvania; or Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee due to export control requirements.
Salary: $151,436–$252,393 per year, plus potential annual incentive and/or long-term incentives.

operates an advanced end-to-end manufacturing platform that takes products from initial concept through full-scale production across aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy and environment, and robotics and automation.
What you will do
- Own complete program P&L, including pricing, budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and profitability from initial quote through scaled production.
- Lead the Integrated Program Leadership Team and coordinate engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, finance, and commercial leaders.
- Direct dedicated program resources and coordinate execution across multiple operating sites.
- Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary contact during critical decisions and blocking issues.
- Lead design-to-production transitions through prototyping, low-rate initial production, volume manufacturing, and stage-gate reviews.
- Develop supplier relationships, assess capacity, negotiate contracts, and independently resolve barriers to program success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; an MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
- 8–15+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, general management, or business leadership.
- Experience managing complex engineering and manufacturing programs across multiple organizations or locations.
- Proven P&L responsibility for programs or business units generating $10 million or more in annual revenue.
- Strong customer-facing and executive relationship management skills, including experience with demanding technical customers.
- Experience with project management software, manufacturing ERP systems, Excel financial modeling, executive presentations, collaboration tools, and CAD/PLM systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or other high-reliability industries.
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, NetSuite, SolidWorks, PDM systems, Teams, Slack, or SharePoint.
