Engineering Project/Program Manager (AI)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process redesign and business transformation using Lean, Agile, Design Thinking, and change management methodologies.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, implement digital solutions, and drive automation, integration, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Manage multiple global projects and programs, including headcount, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, suppliers, and outsourced partners.
• Use operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities; build dashboards, performance metrics, and executive-level recommendations.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment, readiness, governance, communications, training, and organizational adoption across functions and regions.
• Lead and develop individual contributors, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Typically 12+ years of professional experience and 8+ years leading cross-functional projects or programs.
• Experience with large-scale business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
• Advanced project management, analytics, financial analysis, executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, with strong Excel and data visualization capabilities.
• English and the local language at mastery level; role based in the United States.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, AI, data analytics, Agile, or change management certifications.
• Experience with SAP, PLM/PDM, BOM management, New Product Introduction, or services delivery operations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, and responsible AI principles.
