Director of CX Strategy and Portfolio Management (Robotics)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts; must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $195,000–$255,000 annually, plus an annual bonus structure.

What you will do

• Define the CX vision and strategic roadmap across onboarding, deployment, service, and support.
• Manage a Product Manager responsible for productizing the end-to-end customer journey.
• Lead and mentor three Technical Program Managers delivering the CX portfolio.
• Drive serviceability, legacy-system maturity, introspective tooling, and scalable operational systems.
• Align CX, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering stakeholders across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage a scrum development team and incubate AI and enterprise tools such as Salesforce through handover to BizOps.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Product Management, Portfolio or Program Management, or Customer Success Strategy.
• Experience in a scaling B2B technology, hardware, or robotics company.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, journey mapping, discovery frameworks, portfolio governance, resource leveling, and strategic road mapping.
• Track record of scaling immature operational processes into robust enterprise-grade systems for complex global deployments.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change using ADKAR or similar frameworks.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
