Salary: $160,000–$210,000 USD per year

is localizing the global battery supply chain through battery recovery, reuse, recycling, energy storage, and production of battery materials in the United States.
What you will do
- Own and execute the EPC digital roadmap.
- Integrate external software solutions and develop internal tools or add-ons.
- Streamline data flows and collaboration across enterprise systems.
- Develop AI-augmented tools and automated workflows to improve productivity.
- Partner with EPC, Operations, and Engineering to solve workflow challenges.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, governance, training, and adoption while managing vendors and integrations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, systems integration, or enterprise software operations within EPC, engineering consulting, construction, or energy.
- Leadership experience with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of EPC workflows and project lifecycles.
- Experience with Workday, SmartSheet, SharePoint, Oracle, or P6.
- Expertise in data architecture, APIs, BI tools, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, and SQL.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies such as Claude Code or similar AI-supported engineering tools, plus a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business.
Nice to have
- Experience with utility-scale solar or battery stationary storage.
- Master’s degree.
