Director, Operations Program Management (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Salem, Oregon office; all roles are U.S.-based and current authorization to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $149,000–$193,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of technical and non-technical program managers.
• Establish and model program management standards and best practices.
• Own a portfolio of complex programs spanning operations, supply chain, and the wider organization.
• Translate multi-organization work into clear progress updates for executive audiences.
• Identify risks, stalled decisions, and dependencies before they affect delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience with a proven program management track record.
• 7+ years driving programs in manufacturing and operations environments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience building and mentoring diverse teams of program managers.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to operate autonomously.
• Comfort working with immature systems, incomplete data, and unclear processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth hardware, automation, or robotics environments.
• Experience designing or overhauling service operations, order fulfillment, or manufacturing workflows at scale.
• Previous experience managing or developing a team of program managers.
