Mechanical Assembler (Nuclear)

Location: Brea, California, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $27.40–$34.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform assembly, disassembly, and refurbishment of hydraulic equipment, including valves, cylinders, pumps, and actuators.
• Work in a project-based, made-to-order manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify effective solutions.
• Perform metal fabrication tasks such as drilling, tapping, grinding, and cutting.
• Communicate daily with supervisors, engineers, project managers, and other personnel.
• Maintain strict quality and safety standards while managing changing priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of mechanical experience with hydraulic equipment.
• Experience in a made-to-order manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and engineering drawings.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical systems.
• Experience with piping and tubing assemblies is preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane operation experience is desired.
