What you will do

• Assemble components into final configured products using process instructions, drawings, blueprints, specialized tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand tools.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets, visual aids, and process worksheets.
• Set up and operate machines, tooling, and test equipment.
• Perform rework following test failures and incorporate engineering change notices into completed boards.
• Record measurements, verify product quality, and ensure work accuracy at required intervals.
• Provide support to the Systems Test engineering department.

Requirements

• High-level soldering skills and experience in a similar role.
• Experience with IPC-610, IPC-A-620, and IPC J-STD-001F; certification is an asset.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment and assigned machines and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and process worksheets and communicate effectively with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a US Citizen.
