Senior Consultant, Pharmacy Business Manager

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel to meet client needs is required.

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead data-driven solutions and program offerings that improve pharmacy financial and operational performance.
• Execute project plans across multiple client engagements, managing priorities and delivery milestones.
• Conduct advanced data analysis, financial modeling, benchmarking, and large-dataset interpretation.
• Analyze 340B, WAC, purchasing strategies, contract performance, and regulatory considerations to identify savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on contracting opportunities, negotiations, and value-based agreements.
• Develop dashboards, executive presentations, and reporting tools while facilitating client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy business management, GPO, or healthcare consulting.
• Expertise in analytics, financial modeling, benchmarking, and manipulating large datasets.
• Ability to interpret and present complex operational and financial information to pharmacy and executive leadership.
• Strong project management, organizational, written, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables.
