Professional Education Manager - Canada (Hybrid - Ontario, Canada)

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada; hybrid role requiring on-site work at the hirify.global Canada office at least 3 days per week. Frequent travel is required, approximately 30% of the time.

What you will do

• Develop and implement the Canadian healthcare professional education strategy and supporting tactics.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver customized medical education programs across digital, in-person, learning management system, and partner channels.
• Create evidence-based training content focused on the safe initiation, onboarding, optimization, and adoption of automated insulin delivery systems, particularly Omnipod 5.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical Training, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and global teams.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, thought leaders, scientific organizations, and professional associations in diabetes care.
• Measure program performance, analyze evaluation data, support congress symposia, and ensure compliant execution of medical education activities.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant professional experience in medical education within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• MD, PharmD, PhD, or MS in life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; candidates with a bachelor's degree should have 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in adult education theory, best practices, and delivery models.
• Experience developing impactful presentations and learning content using PowerPoint or similar presentation software.
• Knowledge of medical device laws, regulations, ethical standards, healthcare practice, and clinical decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, and availability to work from commuting distance of Oakville.

• Knowledge of diabetes disease state, clinical decision-making, treatment landscapes, guidelines, clinical trials, and ongoing research.
