Senior Manager, Content Production, Learning Solutions

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: CAD 121,000–177,100 base salary for Canada-based roles, with offers based on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise learning content strategy across video, microlearning, personalization, and emerging formats.
• Oversee the full production lifecycle, including intake, briefing, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, post-production, accessibility, localization, distribution, and optimization.
• Build a rapid, scalable production pipeline with roadmaps, capacity plans, workflows, service levels, budgets, vendors, and delivery-risk management.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools and establish responsible practices and quality controls for AI-assisted and AI-generated content.
• Translate business priorities into learning journeys for leadership development, onboarding, AI, critical skills, culture, and transformation.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while aligning business leaders, subject-matter experts, talent development partners, and other stakeholders on outcomes and success measures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital content strategy, video or creative production, learning experience design, media, enablement, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary creative, production, content, or learning teams.
• Experience building or transforming an enterprise content-production capability, internal studio, agency, or comparable operating model.
• Expertise in storytelling, scripting, storyboarding, video production, editing, and multimedia development.
• Experience designing modular, scalable content for diverse audiences and channels.
• Knowledge of adult learning, microlearning, human-centered design, accessibility, and learner experience principles, plus strong stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading content or learning production in a global enterprise, technology company, studio, agency, or media organization.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools for video, scripting, editing, animation, localization, personalization, or content generation.
• Familiarity with learning platforms, content-management systems, recommendation engines, and enterprise distribution channels.
• Experience with gamified, social, immersive, or simulation-based learning.
• Experience using analytics and experimentation to improve engagement, adoption, and learning effectiveness.
