AI Learning & Enablement Lead

Location: Home Office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; this is a Canada-based role

Salary: 100K–120K CAD per year, plus a possible discretionary incentive program and benefits subject to full-time employment status

What you will do

• Design and deliver AI curricula, workshops, office hours, microlearning, manager sessions, and learning campaigns.
• Create role-based learning pathways, prompt guides, use-case materials, job aids, and practical enablement resources for Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and other approved tools.
• Teach employees how to apply AI to drafting, summarization, analysis support, meeting preparation, communications, and learning design.
• Develop checklists and playbooks for reviewing AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, usefulness, tone, evidence, and next steps.
• Partner with HR, Talent, Technology, Legal, Information Security, Communications, and business stakeholders on AI adoption and change support.
• Track participation, feedback, proficiency self-assessments, and adoption indicators to improve learning programs and materials.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Enablement, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field.
• Experience creating and delivering learning programs, workshops, job aids, and scalable enablement resources.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and similar platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of prompt writing, AI output review, responsible AI practices, and human-in-the-loop review.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, communications, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; the role requires translating AI concepts into practical resources for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Learning, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Talent Development, Business, HR, or a related field.
• Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, change management, or workforce upskilling initiatives.
• Experience building learning paths, communities of practice, manager enablement resources, or peer-learning networks.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, AI governance, data privacy, or information security considerations.
