What you will do

• Lead Author Workshops and a multi-tiered L1–5 training curriculum for authors and Content Technology Developers.
• Manage the transition to a new authoring environment, including communications, rollout, training, and documentation updates.
• Coordinate training on AI, authoring tools, accessibility, assessments, Rev1, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Own the content accessibility program, including alt text reviews, remediation of accessibility gaps, customer questions, and accessibility working groups.
• Maintain the Airtable database, support feature prioritization, and lead developer update and prioritization meetings.
• Represent Training and Authoring in cross-functional and leadership discussions and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design, author training, or a similar learning and development role.
• Strong people management experience, including leading and developing direct reports.
• Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.
• Ability to manage Airtable and data systems independently.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including translating complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Collaborative, calm, and influential presence in cross-functional settings.
