Partner Support Specialist

Location: Remote within the United States; Reno, Nevada

Salary: $19.00–$24.50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between partners and customers.
• Assign orders to real estate professionals who meet service-level expectations and customer requirements.
• Negotiate fees and contracts with real estate professionals.
• Follow up on orders to ensure customer milestones are met and deliveries are completed on time.
• Communicate professionally with real estate professionals across multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate records and foster positive vendor relationships.

• Effective written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
