What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between real estate partners and customers.
• Assign orders to professionals while ensuring service level expectations are met.
• Negotiate fees and contracts with vendors to maintain project efficiency.
• Monitor order progress, resolve obstacles, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and detailed notes within internal systems.
• Foster and maintain positive, professional relationships with real estate vendors.
