Customer Support Specialist (PropTech)

Location: Remote, limited to the United States; listed locations are Reno, Nevada and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Salary: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Build positive customer relationships through daily interactions.
• Respond to high-priority voice and email requests and provide order status updates.
• Support customer implementations and facilitate order completion.
• Correct valuation products returned by customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to process workflows and meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including manipulating large spreadsheets of data.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to identify patterns and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively during normal and peak volumes.
• Self-motivated problem-solving skills, ownership of tasks, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Nice to have

• Quality assurance experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience with commercial or quality assurance teams.
