Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States; U.S. person status is required for the ITAR-compliant site. The position is performed inside the manufacturing facility and follows standard business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for off-hour emergencies and international collaboration.
Annual base salary: $65,000–$165,000, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, assembly workflows, production metrics, issue resolution, and on-time delivery.
- Lead manufacturing supervisors and production staff through performance management, coaching, training, and talent development.
- Develop production schedules and operational plans, monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and report performance to senior management.
- Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams on materials, product standards, and operational alignment.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, resource allocation, equipment reliability, and maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement, capacity planning, root cause analysis, and long-term manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience and 5+ years of manufacturing management or supervisory experience.
- Progressive operations or engineering leadership experience, including department supervisor responsibilities.
- Experience using RCCA, Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured problem-solving and change-management methods.
- Experience with assembly, testing, and integration of electromechanical subsystems and components.
- Demonstrated ability to build teams, develop talent, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain EHS compliance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent U.S. resident, or protected individual under U.S. export-control requirements. Immigration sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- IPC 610 Class 3 electronics assembly experience and J-STD space addendum knowledge.
- Knowledge of fabrication technologies, including welding, machining, die bonding, vacuum processing, soldering, SMT, through-hole, box build, and cabling.
- Experience with NPI, manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, or distributed manufacturing operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, MRP systems, AX 2012, materials planning, and inventory optimization.
