Senior Manager, Product Design - Product Platform

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: $178,000–$260,000 annually; compensation for candidates hired in Canada is provided in Canadian dollars and may differ due to currency conversion.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of product designers, including senior individual contributors.
• Set the design strategy and quality bar for the Product Platform in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Personally shape high-impact and ambiguous platform problems while enabling designers to own their domains.
• Guide interaction and visual design across navigation, access and data management, workflows, reporting, AI, and shared platform capabilities.
• Drive cross-product alignment, roadmap and prioritization decisions, and adoption of the Quotient design system.
• Use research, product data, and customer signals to validate decisions and champion AI-assisted design practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with complex, systems-level, platform, or infrastructure-adjacent products.
• 3+ years managing product designers, including senior-level individual contributors.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product craft, systems thinking, and the ability to simplify technically complex experiences.
• Experience setting design strategy across interconnected product areas and building, evolving, or governing a design system.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and technical fluency in architecture, data models, and platform constraints.
• Fluency in how AI is changing product experiences and design practice.
