Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 6+ years of product design experience in UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design craft and ability to solve user problems with quantified impact.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Figma Make) to accelerate workflows.
• Proven track record of strategic influence and shipping high-impact designs.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers for research and strategy.
