Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote — Canada

Annual base salary: CAD 151,300–195,800, plus potential bonus, equity, and RSU grants.

What you will do

• Lead large, ambiguous product design projects and ship high-impact web and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on strategy, planning, and execution.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs, validate designs, and inform product strategy.
• Apply interaction and visual design expertise to create effective customer experiences.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the development of the design team and culture.
• Champion customer success, long-term thinking, growth, inclusion, and teamwork as the company scales.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
• Proven expertise in interaction and visual design, supported by a strong portfolio or case studies. A portfolio is required for consideration.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools such as Cursor and Figma Make for workflow acceleration, prototyping, and creative exploration.
• Experience influencing strategy, shipping impactful designs, and solving user problems with quantified results.
• Ability to conduct customer research and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Comfort working in iterative, fast-paced environments.
