Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

Location: Onsite at the Pershing Branch in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States

Salary: $22 per hour starting pay

What you will do

• Welcome customers and assist with deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
• Understand customers’ individual financial needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers toward improved financial well-being, including savings and retirement goals.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through proactive outreach.
• Follow bank policies, regulations, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Unrestricted US work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.
• Onsite work at the posted Cheyenne branch is required.
• Outgoing, friendly, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required.
• Meet applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, background investigation, and ongoing regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail banking experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
