Location: Onsite at the Table Mesa Branch in Boulder, Colorado, United States

Salary: $23 per hour starting pay; final compensation may vary based on lending experience, education, and skill level.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and provide a positive branch experience.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking transactions.
• Understand customers’ financial needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers toward improved financial well-being, including savings and retirement planning.
• Build customer relationships through proactive outreach.
• Follow bank policies, regulations, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to obtain and maintain S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Must meet applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, criminal background, and ongoing regulatory requirements.
