Personal Banker - Johnstown, CO (Banking)

Location: Onsite at the Johnstown, Colorado branch

Salary: $23 per hour starting pay

What you will do

• Welcome customers and create a positive branch experience.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other customer transactions.
• Understand individual financial needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Help customers improve their financial well-being and deepen relationships through outreach.
• Follow bank policies, regulations, laws, and applicable registration requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Outgoing, friendly, collaborative, and supportive approach to customer interactions.
• Solution-oriented critical-thinking skills and willingness to learn.
• Successful completion of S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required.
• Acceptable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, background investigation, and ongoing regulatory compliance are required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail banking experience.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
