Salary: €88,500–€159,500 per year in Dublin, Ireland. A New York range of $148,000–$267,500 is also listed.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the Talent Management portfolio across performance, talent reviews, succession, careers, internal mobility, skills, and emerging talent initiatives.
• Design connected, scalable experiences that support employee growth, manager effectiveness, and business performance.
• Modernize performance management around continuous feedback, coaching, accountability, and development.
• Lead complex initiatives from strategy and design through implementation, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with People Business Partners, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders through recommendations, communications, presentations, toolkits, and enablement resources.
• Build and experiment with AI tools, workflows, and automations for talent insights, skills, internal mobility, and manager enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related People discipline.
• Experience connecting Talent Management priorities to business objectives while driving hands-on execution.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Strong program management, communication, facilitation, stakeholder influence, and partnership skills.
• Experience using data and insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and inform decisions.
• Experience building or experimenting with AI tools, workflows, or automations, with sound judgment regarding privacy, bias, quality, employee experience, and human judgment.
