People Partner - Product and Product Design

Location: San Francisco, California, United States — hybrid, with office attendance approximately 2–3 days per week. The role may also be based in Denver or New York offices, subject to the applicable office expectations. A secure, reliable internet connection is required when working outside the office.

Salary: $181,275–$223,573 per year in New York/San Francisco; $154,405–$189,989 per year in Denver.

What you will do

• Build trusted partnerships with Product Management and Product Design leaders on performance, promotions, leveling, employee relations, and team health.
• Analyze engagement, performance, attrition, and headcount data to provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Operationalize performance cycles, calibration discussions, promotion processes, and manager enablement programs.
• Reinforce high performance standards, accountability, feedback, expectations, and career growth.
• Connect Product and Design leaders with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, and People Operations.
• Own organizational change execution, including transition planning, communications, Workday updates, leader enablement, and follow-through.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience.
• Meaningful experience supporting Product Management, Product Design, or similar cross-functional product organizations in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience executing complex people initiatives end-to-end, including organizational changes, performance cycles, and talent calibrations.
• Strong ownership, judgment, execution, and ability to operate through ambiguity and transformation.
• Comfort working with survey results, performance data, attrition analysis, and compensation tools.
• Ability to actively use and evaluate AI tools while keeping people-centered judgment in the process.
