Principal People Business Partner (AI)

Location: Pleasanton, United States; employees within a reasonable commute to an office must work onsite at least 3 days per week

Salary: $175,000–$219,000 per year, plus eligible short-term and long-term incentive programs and benefits.

What you will do

• Act as the lead HR strategist and thought partner for Product and Technology leadership.
• Design and implement innovative people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead complex organizational design, large-scale transformation, and change leadership initiatives.
• Own talent and succession strategy, conduct talent reviews, and develop actionable talent plans.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, organizational dynamics, and complex employee relations.
• Drive high-impact cross-functional HR initiatives and collaborate with global business partners in EMEA and APJ.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 6 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting senior executives.
• Experience in a fast-paced, global technology or product-centric organization.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and lead enterprise-wide people initiatives without direct authority.
• Exceptional business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into long-range talent strategy.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to elevate HR work and willingness to adopt new AI tools.
