Employee Experience Specialist (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid or in-office schedule depending on the role

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding experience, including 30-, 60-, and 90-day programs.
• Design and manage engagement, pulse, onboarding, and lifecycle surveys.
• Provide leaders and managers with reporting, actionable insights, communications, and action-planning resources.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative employee data to identify trends, risks, friction points, and improvement opportunities.
• Build connected employee lifecycle experiences across onboarding, development, engagement, internal mobility, and offboarding.
• Partner with People, IT, Workplace, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and business leaders to improve programs and technologies.

Requirements

• Experience designing or improving employee experience, onboarding, engagement, or employee listening programs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate employee feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience partnering across multiple teams to deliver programs and influence outcomes.
• Experience simplifying processes through technology, automation, or AI.
• Comfort working with employee experience platforms, survey tools, collaboration technologies, and reporting systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lattice, Seismic, or similar employee experience platforms.
• Experience supporting global or distributed organizations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and workflow automation.
• Experience designing employee journey maps or lifecycle frameworks.
