People Transformation Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote, U.S.

Expected pay range: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, pilot, and scale AI tools that improve People team workflows while maintaining data privacy and quality.
• Audit, redesign, document, and roll out scalable People processes including onboarding, performance management, compensation cycles, and offboarding.
• Support hirify.global’s company-wide AI strategy and train People team members and managers on effective AI adoption.
• Own the accuracy and reporting of core People metrics, including headcount, attrition, hiring, and engagement.
• Build dashboards and leadership-ready reports for workforce planning, forecasting, and self-service insights.
• Conduct surveys and analyses covering attrition, hiring funnels, organizational structure, compensation, promotion, and calibration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in HR transformation, people analytics, or a related operational or analytical role.
• Experience optimizing operational processes, preferably in a high-growth technology or consulting company.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Glean, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Gemini, including driving adoption across teams.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills using Excel or Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Understanding of core People metrics and experience translating complex data into actionable narratives.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and governance judgment.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and collaborating with HRBPs, Recruiting, People Operations, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with HRBPs, Recruiting, and People Operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
