Software Engineering Manager (AI Systems)

What you will do

• Manage development projects, engineering teams, and application support functions.
• Oversee multiple application programming and analysis projects, including software development, installation, and maintenance.
• Monitor adherence to quality standards and support ongoing software process improvement.
• Analyze applications to ensure that developed systems meet business needs and specifications.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, professional growth, and talent management.
• Drive customer-focused solutions, risk management, innovation, and results.

Requirements

• University or college degree; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of industry-relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience.
• Experience with agile development, application delivery processes, application development tools, system testing, and software process improvement.
