AI Systems Manager

Location: Palo Alto, New York, San Francisco, or other listed U.S. locations

Salary: $163,200–$220,800 per year in Palo Alto, New York, and San Francisco; $147,050–$198,950 per year in Austin, Boston, Boulder, Century City, Delaware, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Seattle, Washington, D.C., and other locations.

What you will do

• Administer and maintain enterprise AI platforms, including user provisioning, licensing, permissions, configuration, integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Lead the AI Systems team across analytics, intake, user support, project planning, training, documentation, and skill development.
• Drive onboarding, training, adoption, feedback, and identification of high-value AI use cases across business, legal, administrative, and technical users.
• Manage AI platform budgets, licensing costs, usage-based spend, forecasting, cost allocation, dashboards, adoption metrics, and return-on-investment reporting.
• Coordinate vendors, contracts, renewals, service-level commitments, support escalations, invoices, and platform issue resolution.
• Partner with Security, Risk, Program Management, Applications, Data Operations, Data Science, Innovation, and other teams on integrations, rollouts, policies, audits, and responsible-AI controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology platforms, SaaS applications, or AI/ML systems, including 2+ years managing a team.
• Experience leading platform adoption, governance, support, and operational functions in a large enterprise environment.
• Extensive experience with enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms, including provisioning, licensing, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of generative AI platforms and large language model tools in professional-services environments.
• Experience managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, service-level agreements, usage analytics, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Law firm or professional-services experience.
• Familiarity with model risk, data residency, access controls, data privacy, information security, and responsible-AI governance.
