Location: Onsite in Longmont, Colorado, United States

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking, financial transaction, and retail lending solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized experiences and community partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage risk and support efficient, accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; no degree may be accepted with a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Bilingual Spanish ability is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and prioritization skills.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable banking regulations.
