What you will do

• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers and resolve customer issues.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Retain and grow consumer and business relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Process transactions accurately, balance daily, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service experience, or military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or a similar role.
• A bachelor's degree may also qualify.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling skills.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
